I am Danielle Crezee, the founder and president of the Foundation Liberated from PTSD. Our foundation was created from a deep sense of gratitude, respect and appreciation for (former) uniformed personnel who dedicate themselves to our society with unconditional dedication.
At Foundation Liberated from PTSD we do not offer treatments, but we focus on connecting uniform wearers with specialized trainers, coaches and experts by experience. They are experts in supporting veterans and (former) uniformed personnel dealing with mental and/or physical trauma. During their service they are often confronted with particularly profound events, events that sometimes have profound consequences and turn life into a struggle for survival.
We accomplish this by sharing the cost of personal development programs, in which they learn how to control stress for good. In addition, we organize incentive-free outings, including for their families, because PTSD affects not only the carrier, but can affect the entire family dynamic.
With the help of partners such as Talisman Tactical, sponsors and our dedicated volunteers, we are able to continue to advocate for those who work daily for our well-being.
