SECTION 21 - EXCHANGING/RETURNING PRODUCTS
Product must be unworn and new upon return. Returns without outer box may be refused and returned to customer if damaged.
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are only suitable for a credit.
You have 14 days from the date your order is received to return it to us.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
SECTION 22 - QUALITY CONTROL
Although we check all our products for quality, we also recommend that you carefully inspect the product for any defects before removing the security tags as this will invalidate your return.
If a defect is found after removing the security tag and/or after washing the product, the product is not suitable for return.
SECTION 23 - ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. We can only offer a credit or exchange option. If you want a refund, a surcharge of 5% of the transaction value will apply.
